Let Yellow Bike Tours help you with your next fundraiser...
With a background in charitable giving and nonprofit work, Yellow Bike Tours specializes in helping nonprofits run top notch bike related events to generate awareness for your cause, raise funds, mobilize donors, and create once in a lifetime adventure experiences for your group through cycling. We have seen time and time again the power of cycling to bring people together and rally them behind your cause in a meaningful way! We have helped nonprofits raise in excess of $20,000 in a single event with the right planning, promotion and execution.

Review - Project 658 - #Ride658 Campaign
Our non profit has had the chance to work with Yellow Bike Tours on multiple events. I could not be more impressed with the way Sam & the Yellow Bike team handled all the details around these events. Additionally they worked hand in hand with our staff on marketing and helping our organizations story to be connected and told throughout the entire tour experience. They made great video trailers, communication pieces and follow up content that kept our team and our clients all connected and informed on how everything was going. During the ride they provide excellent team support with a SAG wagon and team race support. The rides ultimately helped raise fund to support our organization’s outreach programs and extended the awareness of what we are doing through the ride. We not only had an incredible experience working with Yellow Bike Tours, but they made a great impact on the work we are doing.
Review: RUF - UVM - Ride the Rockies 2016 Fundraiser
As the campus minister for Reformed University Fellowship at the University of Vermont (www.rufuvm.org), I have the great privilege of pastoring college students in America’s “least religious city.” Doing campus ministry is incredibly challenging and rewarding. One of the perennial challenges we face is fundraising. Like public radio, we are thankful for and depend upon the generous financial support we receive from “people like you!” Unlike public radio, the ones who give to RUF at UVM are not our immediate listeners (i.e., college students) but rather individuals, churches, foundations, and alumni who want to make sure this next generation of college students gets to hear “the Message.” In 2015, I approached Sam Casey of Yellow Bike Tours (YBT) with two questions: 1) how do we get more people tuned-into what we are doing here, and 2) how do we get people to give to RUF at UVM who’ve never given before? Sam’s proposal was “simple” but effective: “Let’s plan a bike ride. Specifically, let’s ‘ride the Rockies’ (www.ridetherockies). Six days. 403 miles. 29,782 feet to climb. (The solution, I said, was simple. The ride wasn’t. Then again, what worth celebrating is?) What was easy was letting YBT manage all our logistics—everything from booking our ride to booking our hotels. YBT also helped design our team jerseys and promoted the ride (and RUF, of course) on social media. Every step/pedal of the way, YBT was prompt, transparent, and professional. Not only was Sam’s solution simple, it was effective. Thanks to YBT and Ride the Rockies, RUF at UVM was able to attract more than a dozen new donors and raise $24,000 in new support. This new support proves incredibly valuable—it puts us on sounder financial footing and provides some momentum as we enter the new academic year. We are profoundly grateful for this support as well as the support we received from YBT. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
